Attendance Tracking and Auditing Procedure

Alpha Meridian College tracks attendance for auditing requirements.  If you are unable to attend, we ask that you telephone the school attendance officer on 020 8853 4111 Ext. 226 on the morning of your absence which will be recorded on the school register.  If you are absent for more than three days you must provide a satisfactory explanation and a doctor's certificate if appropriate.

We have a duty to report unauthorised absences to the UK Border Agency therefore it is extremely important that you follow this procedure.
